“ It was our first time dining here, and I'm sure we'll be back to enjoy more Vietnamese/Pan-Asian cuisine offered here. We didn't try this time, but there's also a sushi bar. There were three two other tables occupied, but no one was trying their sushi for lunch today. We were fortunate to be seated right away without reservation for lunch. Ambience was very nice with some soft Asian BGM. The restaurant looked well put together and clean even though there was only silk-flowers on the tables. Our server was a very pleasant, courteous and efficient young man. Drink orders came out quickly, and our food came out pretty fast from the kitchen. An older lady who took care of my bill was not too friendly or pleasant, and I got an impression that she really didn't want to be taking care of her customers. I had pho with beef...very good broth, and beef had a very good flavor--perhaps a bit salty, but it was good nonetheless. What I didn't expect was the lack of sweet basil or slices of lime (I suppose things are bit different here compared to what it is in US). I felt vegetables (onions, bean sprouts and cilantro) were on the light side, too. Noodles came out in one big ball, and I had to work it for a while to get them loosened up. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it very much. My wife had fried rice with chicken. It had some good flavors. We were both satisfied with our lunch choices. ”
